Job summary

IAC Group is seeking an experienced Trim Engineering Principal Engineer / Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development and digitization of trim patterns for automotive interior products.

You will manage a team of Trim Engineers, development sewers, and technical personnel while partnering with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, and Production teams to support new product development and launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive trim engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading engineers and development teams.
• Experience supporting product development, launches, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and digitization of trim patterns for automotive interiors.
• Manage a team of Trim Engineers and technical staff.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, and Production teams to support new product development and launches.
• Drive continuous improvement in trim engineering operations and troubleshooting of production/quality issues.
