Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• MBA/MS preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct programs, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
• Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
• Coordinate the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
• Aid in the negotiation of contracts and changes and coordinate preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions.
• Develop new business and expand product line.
• Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents from various departments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
