Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership skills to drive a team's performance and customer care. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with flat-rate pay reflecting region-specific earning potential.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing to specifications, mentoring technicians, and pursuing ASE certifications with company support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience diagnosing brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications with company support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake, hydraulic, electrical, suspension, A/C, computer systems).
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications with company-paid tests.
