Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer care in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

The position offers a $1,750 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a flat-rate pay model ranging from $21.85 to $40.01 per hour. ASE certifications are encouraged, with company-paid testing and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes, hydraulics, steering or suspension, and alignments.
• Experience with automotive repair and tire service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment systems.
• Explain diagnoses and required repairs clearly to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology via formal paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8; tests paid by the company) within two years of employment.
