Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team toward better customer care. The role offers a flat-rate pay model and emphasizes ongoing training and ASE certifications.

Based in the United States, this on-site position includes benefits and a path to ASE certification, with a focus on safe, high-quality repairs and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension & alignments.
• Experience with general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company-paid tests.
