Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring teammates to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role pays a competitive rate with a flat-rate structure and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires.

The position requires ASE-ready credentials, valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in brakes and hydraulics systems, steering & suspension, and alignments.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians; may obtain ASE certifications.
