Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to raise customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure with earning potential within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension systems.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for braking, hydraulic, exhaust and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in plain language.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years.
