Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Technician in Minnetonka, MN to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team toward higher customer care, and participate in ongoing training.

The role features a flat-rate pay model with a first-time hire sign-on bonus of $1,750 and a pay range reflecting regional norms. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems, mentoring technicians, and pursuing ASE certifications while ensuring

Competenze

• Valid driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience with brakes & hydraulics systems and/or steering, suspension and alignments.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Certification/license required by applicable regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience or vocational training.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment work.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment; tests fees paid by the company.
