Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team toward higher customer care. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous training, and accurate repairs in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.
• Ability to explain diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Current federal/state/local certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across braking, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension and electrical systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications in at least three A1–A8 within two years.
