Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a small team to improve customer care and satisfaction. • Ability to mentor and lead technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications within the first two years.
