Job summary

AUTOKINITON US HOLDINGS, INC. is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our corporate team at the New Boston, MI office.

You will interview, assess, and select candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines to meet business needs. Responsibilities include conducting intake meetings, reviewing applications, extending offers, and guiding managers through the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Recruiting or Business Administration is required.
• Experience in interviewing, evaluating candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and recruiting laws.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to sell, influence, negotiate, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Selects, interviews, and recommends candidates for open positions.
• Reviews applications and evaluates education, work history, and skills.
• Conducts intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements and timing.
• Maintains candidate pools and builds talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Extends offers and coaches hiring managers through the hiring process.
