Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing IT or aviation industries.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive recruitment plans with managers to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates using sourcing techniques and social media.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and manage 10–20 openings.
• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain ATS and ensure accurate candidate data.
• Mentor Corporate Recruiters and drive process improvements.
• Negotiate relocation and immigration coordination as needed.
