Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group’s Land Rover Lehi dealership is seeking an Automotive Service Technician. You will perform diagnosis, repair, and quality control on vehicles while following dealer and factory standards.

The role emphasizes accurate repairs, strong customer communication, and using the dealer’s DMS for documentation. The position requires an 18+ authorization to work in the U.S., a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably ASE or manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• Accommodating and analytical with precise, accurate work.
• Resourceful with a high level of technical expertise.
• Approachable with a detail-focused mindset and practical skills.
• Automotive technician experience is preferred.
• ASE or dealership certifications are highly preferred.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient work on repair orders in line with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to meet ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Utilize the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and update with video as needed.
