Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities aligned with dealership standards.
• Experience performing multi-point inspections and quality control.
• Ability to operate DMS and video inspection tools.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert repair work on orders per dealership/state standards.
• Address customers' concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to Fixed First Visit standards.
• Perfom Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection with video and report to Service Advisor.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness in workspace and in all customer vehicles.
