Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) in Los Angeles. This role focuses on precise, high-quality repairs with strong diagnostic skills, customer focus, and adherence to dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
• Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time are needed.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
