Ken Garff Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) in the United States. The role involves performing high-quality repairs per dealership and factory standards, diagnosing customer concerns, and performing electronic inspections.

Experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS) is expected, with ASE certifications highly preferred. Competitive pay, 401k with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
• Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if more time is needed.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
