Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) to perform efficient repairs to dealership vehicles in line with state and factory standards. Expect diagnosis, repairs, inspections, and time-keeping using our DMS, with a focus on Fixed First Visit goals.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time is needed.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
