Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Prior automotive technician experience preferred and ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to perform precise, skill-based workmanship across repair tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers' concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to achieve Fixed First Visit.
• Complete the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection with video and flag additional recommendations to Service Advisor.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, inspections, quotes, and timekeeping.
• Complete required training as assigned and maintain cleanliness in workspace and vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
