Job summary

Ken Garff Honda is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) to perform efficient repairs in a customer-focused environment. You will diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles to the dealership’s standards and use the DMS for workflow and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years import technician experience
• Accommodating and analytical with precise work
• Resourceful with high level of technical expertise
• Unselfish and approachable with detail-oriented work
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders per dealership, state, and factory standards
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet fixed first visit
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and communicate additional needs to the Service Advisor
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, inspections, quotes, and timekeeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness in workspace and in customer vehicles
