Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience
• Computer and automotive shop management software experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Honest, professional, and dependable
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Highly organized and strong attentive to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm

Responsibilities

• Become the trusted connection between customers and technicians, listening carefully to concerns and helping drivers understand exactly what their vehicles need.
• Coordinate repair orders, answer questions, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work closely with technicians and management to ensure every repair experience is smooth and professional.
• Throughout the day, you'll build lasting relationships, provide honest guidance, and take pride in helping both customers and your teammates succeed.
