Brakes Plus is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Colorado service team. You will report to the Store Manager and help create a high-performance environment, delivering an industry-leading customer experience through hands-on leadership and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include supervising technicians, scheduling duties, coaching staff, managing parts inventory, and ensuring safety and compliance, while partnering with customers to optimize service opportunities.

Formación

• Leadership and store management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to mentor teammates for efficiency
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives

Responsabilidades

• Directly works with customers in sales and service opportunities
• Supervising technicians and service personnel, planning duties and follow-up
• Coaching service team on operational issues
• Managing parts inventory and shop safety
• Ensuring inspections and equipment layout meet safety and standards
