Job summary

Bosch USA in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Senior Sales Manager to manage component sales (sensors and semiconductors) and oversee OEM and Tier accounts. You will lead pricing negotiations, manage quotes and orders, and coordinate with OE sales teams to drive growth.

This role requires building strong customer relationships, strategic negotiating skills, and the ability to travel internationally as needed. Indefinite US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or business field, or equivalent sales experience in semiconductors.
• 7+ years in commercial sales in automotive or mobility space focusing on semiconductors and sensors.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally.
• 15–20% travel nationally/internationally for customer meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial activities for defined Tier customers, OEM and foundry business, including sales reporting, logistics and sample coordination, negotiations and related topics.
• Manage end-to-end quotations, purchase order confirmations, and order management.
• Lead price adders negotiations with Tier customers while maintaining relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with OE Sales Teams to align strategies with customer requirements.
• Own accounts receivable for Tier, foundry and OEM customers and ensure healthy cash flow.
