Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Sr EMC Engineer to lead EMC activities across the product lifecycle. You will be the primary EMC contact for OEM communications and manage compliance documentation.

You will analyze specifications, create compliance matrices, and coordinate DV/PV EMC campaigns with internal teams and labs. The role requires 5+ years in EMC testing in automotive or aerospace, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive).
• 5+ years of professional experience in EMC testing within automotive or aerospace industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and communicate findings in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EMC contact for OEM communications and requirements management.
• Analyze and interpret EMC specifications to ensure compliance with legal/OEM requirements.
• Create and maintain EMC Compliance Matrices documenting all requirements.
• Develop EMC test specifications for DV and PV phases per applicable requirements.
• Plan and coordinate EMC DV test campaigns with internal teams and labs.
• Review EMC test reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate EMC results and findings to customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for EMC deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Guide EMC-related circuit design, layout, and electromechanical product design.
