Bosch USA seeks a Senior Sales Manager to oversee sensor and semiconductor component sales, managing relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers in California. You will drive commercial activities, pricing, and contract negotiations, ensuring timely quotations and orders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with OE teams, strong stakeholder management, and 15–20% travel. ABachelor’s in engineering or business plus 5+ years in semiconductor sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required in engineering or business; 7+ years of relevant Sales experience in semiconductor space is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial sales role in the automotive or mobility space, focusing on semiconductors and sensor components.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally.
• 15-20% travel nationally/internationally; may spend 2 weeks in Germany for training.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Management: oversee activities for defined directed-buy Tier customers, OEM and foundry business; handle sales reporting, logistics, sample coordination, price and contract negotiations.
• Quotations & Order Management: manage end-to-end quotations, PO confirmations, and order management.
• New Acquisition & Price Negotiations: lead price adders negotiations with Tier customers; identify new business opportunities for Bosch’s Semiconductors and Sensor components.
• Collaboration with OE Sales Teams: coordinate with OE sales to align on strategies and customer requirements.
• Account Receivables Management: own receivables for Tier, foundry, and OEM customers; monitor payments and escalate as needed.
