Job summary

Bosch, through Roadside Protect, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth with Automotive and Insurance partners in the U.S. and Canada. The role emphasizes closing complex multi-year deals, expanding relationships with key accounts, and upselling Connected Car services like eCall and SVS.

The candidate will manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, report to the Director of Sales & Business Development, and travel as needed to customer sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in Roadside Assistance/Automotive Insurance.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and expanding revenue.
• Experience closing complex, multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients (Asian OEMs preferred).
• Understanding of Connected Car ecosystems and cross-selling premium services (eCall/SVS).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer needs and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts in Automotive and Insurance sectors, prioritizing Asian OEMs.
• Own and manage the full sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships to ensure retention and growth.
• Upsell and integrate Connected Car services (eCall, SVS) into existing programs.
• Represent the company at industry events and coordinate with internal teams on proposals.
