Bosch, via Roadside Protect, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue in the Automotive and Insurance sectors from Itasca, IL. The role targets Asian OEMs and involves upselling connected car services like eCall and SVS, with an individual contributor scope and no direct reports.

The ideal candidate will close multi-year contracts, expand strategic partnerships, and manage a full sales pipeline while traveling as required to industry events and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience within Roadside Assistance, selling to automotive customers and/or Insurance carriers.
• Proven success closing complex multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients, especially Asian OEMs.
• Experience with Connected Car ecosystems and cross-selling premium services like eCall or SVS.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts in Automotive and Insurance industries, with emphasis on Asian OEMs.
• Own the full sales process: prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Lead compelling presentations for C-level executives and develop comprehensive proposals and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine offerings and positioning.
