Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years designing and developing electronic hardware with ownership of complex circuit designs.
• Experience in schematic capture, circuit analysis, and design reviews.
• Able to communicate technical decisions clearly across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for automotive computing products (infotainment, ADAS, cross-domain ECUs).
• Define system and hardware architectures for power supplies, LVDS, HDMI, USB, and wireless interfaces.
• Lead schematic design, component selection, PCB layout guidance, and design-for-manufacturing considerations.
• Develop verification and EMC plans with requirements-to-test traceability and DFMEA/RCA.
• Troubleshoot validation and manufacturing issues; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Manage hardware deliverables, risks, documentation, and release readiness across life cycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hardware design standards.
