• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and user adoption.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities between customers, Mobility Global and IT Manufactory.
• Ensure project execution aligns with customer requirements, business objectives, and contractual commitments.
• Analyze customer data structures and integration requirements.
• Coordinate data preparation, validation, and migration activities.
• Support customers during interface and system integration projects.
• Act as liaison between customer teams and software developers for technical and functional needs.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training programs.
• Create implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Support customers after go-live to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for questions and enhancement requests.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements to product.
• Identify recurring needs and recommend process improvements and training opportunities.
• Contribute to expansion in the U.S. automotive supplier market.
