Job summary

Magna International's Magna New Mobility division seeks an Implementation Manager to lead post-sales implementation of enterprise software, guiding customers from handoff to go-live and enabling adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success, develop detailed rollout plans, and ensure solutions meet product standards and customer requirements.

This role includes training, go-live readiness, risk management, and ongoing optimization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation management or enterprise software deployment.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholder workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation from post-sales handoff to go-live and customer transition.
• Develop structured implementation plans covering discovery, configuration, integration, testing, training and launch.
• Lead customer onboarding to ensure activation, workflow validation and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and with defined success metrics.
