Job summary

Mobis North America seeks a Local Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across Product Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality. You will coordinate with teams in the USA, Mexico, and Korea to launch programs from award through 90 days post-SOP, ensuring alignment with PMO and Mobis processes.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and execution skills, plus the ability to work with a global team to meet milestone targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Engineering, Science, or Business or equivalent industry specific experience.
• +3 years of project/program management is preferred.
• +7 years of automotive project development experience is highly preferred.
• Global Automotive OEM experience is preferred and prior experience with Mobis products.
• Experience with APQP.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Language: Korean language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Milestone Tracking: monitor progress of customer and Mobis deliverables and adjust plans to keep momentum.
• Stakeholder Management: keep key stakeholders informed with regular updates and clear communication.
• Risk Assessment: identify issues early and develop practical solutions; maintain risk logs.
• Quality Control: ensure deliverables meet requirements and high standards.
• Project Management: interface with stakeholders and drive program execution across functions.
• Travel: occasional international and frequent local travel.
