Job summary

MSX International seeks a Master Automotive Technical Specialist - Field Support to troubleshoot complex electrical, EV, and mechanical issues directly at dealership sites across the United States. You will perform field diagnostics, write detailed technical field reports, and relay findings to the Engineering team.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of automotive mechanical experience and ASE Master Technician Certification (A1-A8) or equivalent, with the ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5 years automotive mechanical experience
• ASE Master Technician Certification (A1-A8) or equivalent
• Ability to travel to dealerships in all 50 states
• Ability to communicate technical information to all departments
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports
• Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other customized software
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, adaptive and autonomous with the ability to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to dealer technicians and ensure solutions to product technical issues
• Document findings of each mission and corrective actions taken
• Document shortfalls identified during the mission to the OEM enterprise
• Create and deliver detailed technical field reports to Engineering
