Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years automotive experience required, Master Technician Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years teaching experience.
• Ability to travel to dealerships within a designated area.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all levels within client and dealerships.
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other software; capable of independent, fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to dealer technicians and ensure resolution of product technical issues.
• Document findings of each mission and corrective actions taken.
• Document any shortfalls identified during the mission to the OEM.
