Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to deliver expert support for drives and automation products in the US, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Services, and Engineering teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and help identify opportunities to support customer success while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting industrial automation or drive products in technical roles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex drive systems and automation issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for critical customer issues.
• Support startup, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
