Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States (Foxboro, MA) is seeking a Senior Engineer I, Technical Customer Care to serve as a senior technical authority across hardware, software, networking, and application platforms. You will lead investigation of complex issues, provide expert support by phone, email, and remote tools, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in process control or industrial automation.
• Experience supporting complex customer environments and mentoring teams.
• Customer-facing experience in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority across hardware, software, networking, and applications.
• Lead investigations and resolve high-impact customer issues with root cause analysis.
