Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 6+ years in process control, industrial automation, DCS, SCADA, or related environments.
• Proven mentoring and cross‑functional influence with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for customers, partners, and internal teams across Foxboro SDA and DCS hardware, software, networking.
• Lead investigations of complex issues, perform advanced root cause analysis using logs and product behavior.
• Develop innovative troubleshooting methods and drive corrective actions to reduce recurring problems.
• Provide expert support via phone, email, web, and remote tools; handle critical escalations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence across the org.
• Represent Global Customer Support in new product development for service readiness.
