Lead investigations and root-cause analysis for complex customer issues.
Develop innovative troubleshooting methods and corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
Provide expert-level support via phone, email, and web; manage escalations.
Act as primary escalation point for engineers, integrators, and field teams.
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the org.
Represent Global Customer Support in new product development to ensure serviceability.
