Lanco Integrated is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our largest automation programs in Westbrook, Maine. You will own schedule, scope, budget, and customer relationships from PO through SAT, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining margins.

This senior individual contributor role requires 5+ years in automation project management, engineering background, and the ability to mentor PMs. Occasional travel up to 25% and onsite work at Westbrook facility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation project management.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex projects with financial impact.
• Experience negotiating change orders and managing commercial risk with customers.
• Formal PMI training; PMP certification encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Lead large, complex automation projects from PO through SAT with minimal oversight.
• Own the project schedule, budgets, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Maintain primary customer relationship and negotiate change orders to protect margin.
• Mentor and coach junior PMs and contribute to process improvements.
