Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex automation projects from planning through completion. You will own execution, financial forecasting, customer coordination, and technical problem-solving while partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams.

This is a fully onsite role in Westbrook, ME, offering a collaborative environment where PMs develop solutions and push projects forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading industrial automation or complex technical projects.
• Strong financial forecasting and budget ownership.
• Hands-on technical background with mechanical/electrical/industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex industrial automation projects from kickoff to completion.
• Own budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall performance; proactively manage risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Manage project scope, changes, and support change-order negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and strengthen team collaboration.
