Job summary

Invio Automation, a leader in Industry 4.0, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee design, build, and deployment of turnkey automation projects across industries including Automotive, Healthcare, and Electronics. You’ll drive scope, schedule, and budget from PO receipt through installation and customer acceptance, independently managing a portfolio up to $7M.

Qualifications

• Identify and mitigate project risks that jeopardize project scope, schedule, cost, & customer satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired

Responsibilities

• Working closely with diverse, multi-disciplined, cross functional teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and closeout projects
• Serves as the lead customer contact, regularly communicating throughout all phases of the project
• Collects, analyzes, and monitors projects and data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Facilitates communication and collaboration between design, procurement, and quality to align actions and goals
• Coordinates vendors and suppliers to support project activities ensuring cost, quality, and availability meet specs
• Responsible for execution of projects on schedule, at or below budget, delivering scope to applicable codes and standards
• Manage risk assessment, identify risks and implement mitigation plans; conduct kickoff and allocate resources
