Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex automation projects from planning through completion. You will own execution, financial forecasting, customer coordination, and technical problem-solving while partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams.

This is a fully onsite role in Westbrook, ME, offering a collaborative environment where PMs develop solutions and push projects forward.

Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary industrial automation projects from initial planning through successful completion. You'll take ownership of project execution, financial forecasting, customer coordination, and technical problem-solving while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

This is a fully onsite opportunity in Westbrook, ME, offering a collaborative environment where project managers are actively involved in developing solutions and driving projects forward.

What You'll Do

• Lead large, complex industrial automation and capital equipment projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams to meet project goals.
• Own project budgets, financial forecasts, schedules, and overall performance, proactively identifying risks and keeping projects on track.
• Work directly with engineering teams and customers to resolve technical challenges, address project issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Manage project scope, coordinate changes, and support customer discussions and change-order negotiations throughout project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, strengthen team collaboration, and deliver better results for customers.

What You'll Bring

• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing industrial automation, capital equipment, or similarly complex technical projects.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, manufacturing, or technical equipment.
• Strong financial forecasting and budget ownership skills, with the ability to manage project costs and identify financial risks.
• A hands-on technical background, including experience building, repairing, troubleshooting, or working directly with mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, customer management, conflict resolution, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience using project scheduling tools and managing project priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• A practical understanding of industrial automation technologies and the ability to work effectively with technical specialists.

An engineering or technology-related degree is preferred, but equivalent hands-on technical and project leadership experience is welcome. PMP certification is a plus, not a requirement.

We offer a competitive base salary of $110,000–$125,000, depending on qualifications and experience, along with a bonus opportunity and relocation assistance based on individual circumstances.
