Job summary

Invio Automation, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design, build and deployment of turnkey automation projects across automotive, healthcare, consumer goods, electronics, energy, and food & beverage sectors.

You will drive scope, schedule, and budget from PO receipt through installation and customer acceptance, managing an annual portfolio of up to $7M. The role requires strong communication, deep cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in electro-mechanical

Qualifications

• Identify and mitigate project risks that jeopardize scope, schedule, cost.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and closeout projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout all project phases.
• Collect and analyze project data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality to align actions.
• Manage vendors to meet cost, quality, and availability.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Document key project events and issues with customers.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
