Job summary

Berkshire Grey seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale automation initiatives from planning through closeout in the United States. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, vendor performance, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities include planning and delivery, budgeting and change management, risk and quality testing, vendor and stakeholder management, and leading closeout with lessons learned while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• At least five years of project management experience, preferably in robotics or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, or Asana; experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of quality management, risk management, change control, and issue resolution practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from kickoff through customer acceptance and support several projects concurrently.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules in the PSA tool with milestones and resources.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, roles, and resource needs with cross-functional teams.
• Obtain signoff on baselined scope and manage changes through approved communication.
• Develop and manage project budgets; monitor performance with Finance.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance; lead weekly status meetings and reports.
