Job summary

Proactive Global seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex automation projects from concept through delivery in intralogistics and warehouse automation. Based in the Project Management department, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and high quality while collaborating with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical systems experience.
• Strong system-level understanding of mechanical engineering, PLC controls, and software engineering.
• Experience with project management software and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation activities to meet milestones.
• Ensure systems meet contractual specs for functionality, productivity, reliability, quality and safety.
• Identify risks and budget overruns and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams and communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
