Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the Automation Engineering team at a Fulfillment Center. The role focuses on maintaining control systems, coordinating tasks, and improving operational efficiency of conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA programs.

The SAE will mentor engineers, collaborate across departments, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, and drive capital projects with vendors. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience.
Experience with PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
Experience with SCADA and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Automation Engineers to meet facility goals.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Safety and other departments.
Maintain and troubleshoot control systems (PLC/PC, networks).
Analyze system performance and implement improvements.
Escalate downtime and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Travel up to 10%.
