Selected candidate will be well experienced in understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven track record of delivering complex digital & cyber-physical solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Automation Controls Engineer will also provide mentorship, influence, and technical leadership in a hands-on environment, to assure strategy for development and deployment of software solutions for automating the factory in Asheville North Carolina. The Engineer will demonstrate exceptional team guidance and interpersonal communication skills. This will involve the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business requirements, and to oversee automation software development and integration through project timelines, timeline risk assessment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business objectives.

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
