You will oversee pre-sales, resource allocation, and ensure delivery meets client requirements, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years in the industry with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Extensive knowledge of GxP practices and standards.
Experience in Life Sciences sector.
Capable of guiding customers to tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering custom control solutions.
Oversee pre-sales activities with key clients and resource allocation.
Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to SOPs and safety regs.
Collaborate with PMO to identify risks and gaps in experience.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery.
