Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering automation and control solutions for Life Sciences and other sectors. You will supervise engineering activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet client requirements and safety standards.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate with the PMO, drive best practices, and contribute to strategic growth while traveling as needed to support projects across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, required.
• Over 10 years in industry with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of GxP practices and standards.
• Experience in Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team for automation and control projects.
• Oversee pre-sales activities with key clients and manage day-to-day engineering operations.
• Ensure technical accuracy, allocate resources, and adhere to SOPs for project delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to align resources with project needs and client requirements.
• Collaborate with PMO to identify risks and ensure safety and industry standards.
