This remote role supports multiple projects and requires collaboration with sales, project management, and executive leadership to drive growth across facilities.

The candidate should bring 8+ years in automation, 3+ years in leadership, and hands-on PLC/SCADA/HMI design experience, with travel up to 30% and a strong commitment to quality and client

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration industry.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Knowledge of standard engineering practices and procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive management, sales, and marketing to develop a growth plan.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources for project delivery.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field service staff.
• Manage project budgets and schedule requirements.
• Drive the team’s monthly/quarterly/annual P&L.
