Formación

• Demonstrated experience in automotive sales management.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques within a retail or dealership environment.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and using dealership management or CRM software to track performance and opportunities.
• Ability to create and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and pricing plans that support growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster a respectful workplace.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple priorities, inventory, and operational details.
• Previous on-site leadership experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment; experience in the North Carolina market is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
