NAPA in Freeport, ME seeks a customer-focused parts professional to identify, source, and process parts orders across in-store, phone, and dealer channels. You will advise customers on technical questions, demonstrate products, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranties and sales programs.

This role supports inventory, order fulfillment, and store operations while delivering courteous service in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification is preferred.
• Experience with automotive parts, retail, or related industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with cataloging tools and POS systems (e.g., TAMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and process parts orders accurately using catalog and POS systems.
• Provide prompt, courteous service in-store, by phone, and with dealer shops.
• Advise customers on technical questions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and store policies.
• Support inventory, deliveries, and store presentation to ensure efficiency.
